Easy install if you know what you are doing I had the old one down and this one up in about 10min.Extremely bright! I love it now I can see my dogs when I let them out back at night, my pictures don't do it justice on the lighting. I love the dust to dawn setting as well so I don't have to worry about shutting the light off during the day.
